Shipping & returns

Shipping charges

The current catalog uses $18 shipping, with free shipping on orders of $250 or more. Your cart shows the server-calculated charge before you submit an order. Shipping is currently configured for U.S. addresses.

Dispatch and tracking

Availability and dispatch timing must be confirmed during order review. A checkout reference is not a shipment confirmation. No guaranteed dispatch date is advertised.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Use the support form and include your order reference, product, and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and lot information so the team can investigate.

Return requests

Contact the team before returning material. Return eligibility and instructions must be confirmed for your order; do not ship a return without that confirmation.
